Design Expediting Services International, Inc. is a professional, full-service facility for storage, moving, and installation needs. Established in 2001, DESI specializes in receiving and inspection of products, short and long term storage, secure transfer, and white-glove installation by a team of experienced and efficient staff. We handle all types of moves Installations include everything from student housing to full-scale design project installations.
The Faulkner Design Group an, award-winning national interior architecture and interior design group, and an affiliate of DESI, brought me in to execute a visual redesign of their company based in Dallas, Texas.
The brief asked that the redesign bring DESI more in line with the sophisticated, modern parent company, creating less of a disconnect, and to relay to consumers that it offered white glove services.
The concept of the mark "d" was inspired by furniture (a chair), a hand truck, and a box. Each of these items representing all aspects of their business.
The scope of the project included designing for uniforms, vehicle wraps, interior, and exterior design walls for their new locations, and billboard advertising.
